Convenience Store Orgy
We like cute orphans
we like painless abortions
we like freeze-dried meals with extra large portions
we like convenience stores open for 24 hours
we like thought controlling global powers
we like romantic comedy and sitcoms
we like surgically planted nuclear bombs
we want camping without mosquitoes
we want to rent satisfaction for our libidos
we want the jones and we want the dow
we want it all and we want it now
we love mountains with escalators
we love charismatic crime scene investigators
we love sexy wars
we love orgies in convenience stores
Sonic Unity
Music
what a force it is
transforming oxygen into audible emotion,
fingers strumming, exposing character
pounding skins causing a collective vibration.
A couple, a room, a stadium, moving in unison
singular heartbeat, a shared feeling
twenty thousand voices joined in screaming
soul to soul, feeling the pulse
elevated beyond this existence.
Music is mystical
music is in all things
as natural as breathing, twice as fun,
if life is a storm music is the eye.
I feel the muses calling me
music drinks me and becomes me,
my being is swallowed by the clouds of sound.
We are little raindrops
and music makes an ocean of us.
Great waves crashing down upon the shores of life.
