I took a trip to the sun
it was full of energy and warmth
we were swimming in the waves
laughing with the bubbles
the journey to recovery
is full of powerful healing
it’s like swimming with life
cleaning out the dungeon
friends sharing salty tears
or laughter
with balloons floating off into space
with tears of sadness and joy raining down
life is such an adventure
with ever more to discover
looking through the eyes and a grateful heart
happy for the future sad for the ancient times
from the darkness to daffodils
