Journey

The addiction I bare is the death of my dreams,
My journey began the day I was born,
The journey is the strengthen in my heart,
This journey won't end till death do us part.
I've killed my addiction the journey has changed,
The mystery of fear is becoming so clear
My travelling companions are courage and hope
with one on each side I can certainly float.
To this with my heart,
i share love and my soul.
So take my hand if you want to follow
The path maybe wearisome, long and confused
But we will survive because we are survivors
Confusion will clear and life will appear
beyond the dark and into the light
spread your wings and endure the flight
I know in my heart this journey is right.
