Friendship

Caring, sharing, having fun,
take care of yourself
with everyone.
Anytime,  any place
laughing when people make silly faces,
anywhere, it is no disgrace.
Take care of your home,
your friends might want to roam
to the play room up the stairs
and through the door.
We are laughing screaming
and having lots of fun
up the stairs and through the door.
Tell your friends to do their chores,
clean the smelly hamster cage.
Phone some more friends to have a sleepover,
to laugh and have some fun.
Honesty and trust are all one in friendship.
And then they have to go out the door,
each friend to their house,
quiet as a little mouse.

Skating

Skating, skating
skating is fun.
When you know what to do
it can be smooth,
it can be rough,
stops, jumps and spins,
it can be cold,
achew,
running nose, sneezes, wet clothes.
With friends it can be fun,
with friends it is always fun.
We can play a game,
crack the whip,
hockey, snapshots,
rough playing,
Frosty Mc Freeze,
the player that was made to play the game.
Driving in cars to go home

we don't want to go.

At home we sit by the fire and drink coco.
Skating was great,

lets do it again.
It was fun,
our feet kill now.

Mrs. O'Neil's and Mrs. Monk's grades 4 and 5 classes
