2006 Scholarship
Pandora's Collective has worked with many
talented writers over the last few years and we believe strongly in supporting
these writers.
Each year we award scholarships to young writers
that show exemplary skill level and class participation. Our scholarships are
either enrolment into The Vancouver Public Library's Summer Book Camp for
children or teens or enrolment into a college level creative writing course for
young adults. Recipients are selected
from over three hundred workshop attendees each year.
We would like to congratulate Emily Fitch,
the winner of our 2006 scholarship as well as past
recipients
Nicholas Loewen
and Allan Drabble
(2005) and
Claire C. Lawton
and
Connor McNamee
(2004).
