Sharon Taylor
Sharon Taylor, born in Cheam England, immigrated to Canada
with her parents when she was five. All she can remember about the
airplane flight over is throwing up into a small brown paper bag.
Sharon loves and admires J.K. Rowling and hopes one day to be as
rich as her but without the fame. She has found her niche in the
poetry and arts communities where she lives. She has two books self
published, “My Sexual Heart” which is a collection of love poems and "Deep System"
to comfort people who have been emotionally scarred by the psychiatric system.
She has won first prize fundraising for the
Vancouver International Writer’s and Reader’s Festival by selling the
most raffle tickets and has won poetry contests.
Sharon's bookmarks and fridge magnets (with her poetry on them) sell for $3
each. Her books are $15 and personalized cards are $5.

She is looking forward to hearing from you.
Selected Poem:
Chocolate
I like my chocolate dark
At room temperature
Had a conversation
About chocolate
Just last week
This individual
Thought it better
Than sex
Chocolate
Delights me
Cheers me up
Lightens the load
Melts over
My tongue
With a
Duchess of York
Indulgence
Smears my
Earrings
After a night
On the sofa
With a box
Of
Bon Bons
Chocolate
So rich
So delicious
So sweet
Mmmm…
Chocolate
