The supply cost per person is approx $30 -$75 depending on which supplies you
want to use and what you already have at home. You do not need to bring
them all, only the first 4.
These are the 4 materials required for everyone in the class:
1. pre-stretched canvas or canvas board or cradled board (canvas and
canvas boards you can get at most dollar stores).

stone, shells)
3. scissors
4. collage supplies (your poems/words, paper, magazines, fabric, pearls,
wood, metal, plastics, leather, feathers, natural objects, photos)
If you want to use Acrylic paint you will also need:
1. Acrylic paint (5 basic colours-black, white, one red, one blue, one
yellow or have a limited palette of black, white and one colour)

- cool blue: ultramarine, cobalt
- warm blues: cyan, cerulean, phthalo
- cool yellows: primary or hansa

better and hold more liquid (best ones: white Taklon, also good are Nylon,
Hyplar, synthetic Sable, Acrilex - not Acryoil) 1- 2 brushes - size
depends: for detailed painting - buy small (sizes 1, 0, 00) small brushes come
to a point, larger come in round or flat top

palettes)
4. container/bamboo roll or placemat/cardboard to protect brushes
5. Optional items: Palette knife (texture/spread glue) & Brush cleaner
