Bonnie Nish and Sita Carboni have been hosting literary events, instructing workshops and performing together since June 2003. The pair have a dynamic presence, with works that are at times diametrically opposed, creating a fascinating and compelling view of the world. There poetry and workshops have been featured at events such as Word on the Street and the North Shore Writers Festival. Bonnie and Sita believe strongly that poetry is wonderful tool for self-expression for all of the important issues, some easy, others difficult, that children, teens and adults face in the world today.

There workshop history includes have facilitated on-going workshop series and one day classes for youth in crisis, drug and rehabilitation centres, at festivals, community centres, in libraries and in elementary and high schools.

Joan Muir, Teacher/Librarian at Mount Pleasant Elementary School says, "Bonnie Nish and Sita Carboni of Pandora's Collective have inspired, prompted and taught poetry and writing at Mount Pleasant Elementary School (a Vancouver Inner City School) for several years. They introduced poetry to many Intermediate classes. Bonnie and Sita helped students to discover and to write with their own voice using free verse. They engage students well and create an authentic writing environment.”
