Poetry Workshops

 

 

Outreach Workshops:

We are presently facilitating on-going workshops at Pacifica Treatment Centre, Covenant House and in Inner City Schools.

 

Community Programming:

Pandora's Collective offers poetry workshops for all age groups in collarboration with public libraries in the lower-mainland. We also offer two on-going writing series; Word Whips Writing Series and Word Whips - The North Shore Edition..

 

 

1st Wednesday of every month

WORD WHIPS WRITING SERIES

Take the challenge. We provide the writing prompts and the opportunity for sharing. Ten - fifteen minutes to write to each prompt. See what you can whip up. Hosted by Pandora's Collective.

Time: 7:30 - 10:00pm

Location: Soma Cafe (In the back room - you'll find us writing around the table), 2528 Main Street, Vancouver, BC

SOIRÉES and RETREATS and OPEN MICS

Pandora’s Collective hosts regular gatherings for writers.

To be added to our mailing list for soirée, retreat and open mic invites please contact blnish_pandoras@yahoo.ca.

Soirée attendees can exchange ideas, expertise and contacts while enjoying a potluck buffet.

Retreats bring you to inspirational locations to motivate and facilitate your writing through exercises, free writing and sharing.

Open Mics are a great way to hear new poets and to gain exposure for your own writing.
