Expressive Arts Workshop
Transitioning Into Fall

7 pm – 9:30 pm
$50 (All materials included) Student rates available
2323 Quebec Street, entrance between 7th & 8th Ave.
Feeling anxious about the approaching fall? Not sure what it is you need to make this an easy transition? Not sure what to leave behind or take with you into this next stage? Wherever you are in your life there are times when you find yourself in need of some direction in your self-care and help to get you to the next step of where you feel you want to be. Whether you are in transition from one job to another, in need of shedding some interior dialogue, or simply feel you are stuck in that summer mode, you can find movement again. In this two and a half hour interactive expressive arts workshop we will create space to move from our summer world to the often-busier time of the fall months. We will delve into the art world by utilizing aspects of drawing, painting, movement and writing to explore your own inner tools that may come to light through the arts in order to discover what you might need for self care.
